First Peter
A Path to Hope
First Peter is the third of the five Hebrew Christian or Messianic Jewish epistles (Hebrews, James, 1 and 2 Peter and Jude.) These five epistles were primarily written to meet specific needs of the Jewish believers who were scattered as result great persecution.
First Peter focuses on HOPE--hope that is centered
on the finished work of the Messiah, not on the world we live in.
